Dolores Ann is an old weathered fishing boat in Nova Scotia, Canada. Wrinkled, with many layers of paint applied over the years, she is majestically mirroring in the still water of the bay at Cape Sable Island.
Quietly but proudly, this old fair lady tells us the story of fishing tradition practiced generation after generation in Nova Scotia.
I like the way she is showing her beautiful yellow color, and ornamental buoys. But please notice the symphony of the Lines: curved and straight, vertical and horizontal, all duplicated by the water reflection.
